SENSO COMPACTO Posture Cushion: Pressure Relief and Modular Support
SENSO COMPACTO is designed with a simple yet innovative structure, made up of two modular and separate padded elements for the pelvis and thighs. The internal and external shaping ensures perfect suspension of trochanters and ischial tuberosities, while the central space allows for complete unloading of the sacrum, coccyx, and genitals. The modular configuration promotes the distribution of body pressures, postural support, and the alignment of minor pelvic misalignments, offering comfort, lightness, and durability.
Suitable for
SENSO COMPACTO is designed for:
- Treat postural disorders.
- To promote adequate positioning and support of the pelvis.
- Distribute body pressures.
- To download and ventilate bony prominences and genitals.
- To compensate, support and align minor pelvic misalignments, particularly sagittal ones.
Materials
SENSO COMPACTO is made from high-performance medical materials:
- Upholstery: polyurethane foam with differentiated density, load-bearing capacity and shape memory.
- Coating and base flexible: PU/PES combined, antibacterial, non-cytotoxic, non-irritant, virus-resistant, antifungal, flame-retardant, biocompatible, OEKO-TEX® Class I, latex-free, breathable, and waterproof.
- Inserts: soft density polyethylene.
Heights
- 7 cm Suitable for patients at low/medium risk of developing pressure ulcers.
- 9 cm Indicated for patients at high risk of developing pressure ulcers.
