The Impulso pelvic postural unit from the Inserto Seat line presents as follows:

1. Differential density structural kit: Flat construction base with 8 closed-cell polyethylene inserts, customisable and modifiable to support or correct pelvic posture individually over time.
2. Padding kit designed for comfort and protection:
   
   • Top layer of memory foam for increased protection against the risk of pressure ulcers.
   • Lower layer in flexible and elastic expanded polyurethane foam.
   • Rear zone: self-moulding polyethylene foam pad to increase ischial protection.
3. Lining materials
   • Outer casing: breathable, fire-retardant, antibacterial, latex-free, low risk of skin irritation, suitable for use in medical devices.
   • Inner lining: combined PU/PES material, antibacterial, non-cytotoxic, non-irritant, resistant to viruses, antifungal, flame retardant, biocompatible, OEKO-TEX® Class I certified, latex-free, breathable and waterproof.
