SUNICO: Total body positioning and containment/discharge system
SUNICO is a total body positioning, containment, and unloading system, indicated for temporary or permanent pathological conditions, during rehabilitation, post-traumatic, or clinical pathways.
It's part of the range MULTISOFT, systems designed for the positioning and comfort of bedridden patients.
Made with validated and tested materials, it guarantees lightness, comfort and durability, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2017/745.
It can also be used in non-professional settings and is intended for indoor environments, helping to alleviate and prevent clinical conditions related to posture. Its flexible structure allows for versatile adaptation to different positioning needs, offering continuous and comfortable support.
SUNICO has no load-bearing structural features and does not replace the user's main support systems.
Intended use
The intended use of SUNICO is aimed at:
Treat postural disorders
ensure adequate and comfortable user positioning
assisting the containment of the entire body or body segments
to promote correct distribution and discharge of bodily pressures
Materials
- Polyurethane foam padding with differentiated density, featuring load-bearing and shape-memory characteristics
- Flexible structure adaptable to different configurations of use
- Coating made from a combined PU/PES material, with the following properties:
- Breathable
- waterproof
- Antibacterial
- non-cytotoxic
- non-irritating
- virus-penetration resistant
- antifungo
- fireproof
- disinfectable and sanitised
- latex-free
- biocompatible
- Washable at high temperatures (95°C – max 10 washes) or dry clean
- autoclavable (134°C / 5 min – max 10 cycles)
- Oeko-Tex® certificate
