H-THREE is indicated for adolescent and adult patients who require a modular system for:

• to support, position, align, mobilise and reposition the Trunk-Pelvic segment in pronation;
• distribute pressures evenly and relieve critical points (e.g. sternum, genitals);
• to relieve pressure by decompressing the abdomen, diaphragm, and lungs;
• to encourage harmonious and relaxed support;
• manage contractures and oedemas.

• allows for the tailored postural alignment of the trunk-pelvic segment in prone on the mattress;
• facilitates the redistribution of pressures in order to prevent complications, such as pressure ulcers, oedema, musculo-skeletal damage, trauma and contractures;
• facilitates the individualised unloading of body zones subjected to greater pressure load, such as the sternum and genitals;
• relieves pressure in the abdominal, diaphragmatic and pulmonary areas;
• allows for the alignment and complete management of the patient's prone posture through small customisations;
• ensures harmonious and relaxed support of the patient's trunk/pelvic region.

The system's components are made from polyurethane and polyethylene foams of differing characteristics, density, resilience, and shape memory.
The lining and flexible mat are made of a combined PU/PES composite material with the following characteristics:

Separate kits of disposable TNT liners are available, made from 100% polypropylene, water-repellent and breathable, non-irritating and non-cytotoxic. The liners are packaged in individual bags and can be ordered separately.
