Recommended for patients at high risk of pressure sores, DOMINO offers advanced postural stability and security, adapting to the needs of individuals with severe and very severe asymmetries, windswept hips, pelvic obliquity, pelvic rotations, and pelvic retroversion and anteversion.

The Domino pelvic postural unit insert from the Inserto Seat line includes:

Structural kit: flat base with 17 closed-cell polyethylene inserts, customisable to support or correct pelvic posture over time.
Free-form padding kit, washable with neutral detergent.
- Rear area: 2 overlapping pads, an upper one made of slow-return viscoelastic foam for comfort and fit, a lower one made of memory foam for protection against the risk of pressure sores.
- Front area: 2 pads (right and left) in slow-return viscoelastic foam, for a natural accommodation of the legs.
Fodera New 3D: ventilated, incontinent, fire-retardant, antibacterial, latex-free, low risk of skin irritation, suitable for use in medical devices.
