CONCO Postural Backrest: Advanced Torso Support and Total Adaptability
The CONCO backrest is designed for users at high risk of developing spinal pressure ulcers, with gibbosities or protrusions, and can be used in combination with spinal orthoses. The modular structure, without a metal shell, allows for complete customisation and adaptation to the user's morphology and deformities, ensuring stability, comfort, and postural safety in any position.

- Genetic and neuromuscular pathologies (spina bifida, SMA, dystrophies, leukodystrophies, motor neurone disease)
Materials
The CONCO trunk postural insert from the Inserto Back line is presented as follows:
- Structural kit: Flat construction base with 16 customiseable and modifiable closed-cell polyethylene inserts to support, correct or adapt trunk posture individually.
- Padding kit
- A single layer of elastic polyurethane foam or memory foam, designed for comfort and protection.
- Lining
- Breathable, flame-retardant and antibacterial microclimate lining.
- Tie rod system
- 5 cm single-band tensionable tie-downs or with a double 10 cm central band and 5 cm single bands, for installation on a wheelchair.
- In the absence of the tie rod system, the device can be mounted on a string/canvas support with clamping systems.
