FACILE Postural Backrest: Personalised Trunk Support and Total Adaptability
The FACILE backrest is designed for active users or those with moderate/high spinal instability and spinal deformities. It offers targeted trunk support, complementing the stabilising effect of the cushion. The modular design, free from a metal frame, allows for complete customisation, adapting to the user's morphology and deformities. FACILE ensures stability, comfort, and postural safety in every position.

Materials
The trunk postural unit, model FACILE from the Inserto Back line, is presented as follows:
- Structural kit: Modular base without a metal shell, with customisable and modifiable closed-cell polyethylene inserts to support or correct trunk posture individually over time.
- Padding kit designed for comfort and protection:
- Rear pad in slow-rebound viscoelastic foam for maximum comfort and anatomical adaptation
- Additional memory foam pads for pressure sore prevention
- Mouldable front and side panels for bespoke support
- Lining fabrics
- Outer cover: New 3D ventilated, incontinent, flame retardant, antibacterial, latex free, low risk of skin irritation, suitable for use in medical devices
- Inner lining: protects the padding, ensuring hygiene and durability

Thanks to targeted load balancing and lateral-posterior control, it ensures optimal stability, alignment and comfort.
