EFFECTO SIDE Postural Backrest: Advanced Torso Support and Lateral Containment
The EFFECTO LATO trunk postural unit is designed for non-ambulatory users with poor trunk control, lateral pelvic/trunk instability, and severe or very severe deformities. It ensures thoracic and lumbar containment, postural stabilisation, and optimal comfort. EFFECTO LATO adapts to the user's morphology and deformities, offering targeted support and safety in all positions.

Materials
The EFFECTO LATO trunk postural unit presents as follows:
- Structural kit: aluminium shell with multi-adjustable polyethylene inserts, modifiable with a simple cutter, to adapt to the user's spinal conformation.
- Padding kit: tri-laminated shock-absorbing polyethylene foam, designed for comfort, stabilisation and protection.
- Upholstery liners: flame retardant, latex-free, low risk of skin irritation, suitable for use in medical devices.

Thanks to targeted load balancing and lateral-posterior control, it ensures optimal stability, alignment and comfort.
